Newcome Edwards is a Design & Planning Professional whose work is characterized by a fresh exploratory take on the relationship between urban infrastructure and the landscape surrounding it.



Having spent several years working in the fast-paced environment that is the Construction Industry, he went on to study Horticulture at Capel Manor College where he learned to understand and appreciate the small-scale processes from which the Landscape is borne. He continued his journey by going on to undertake the BA Hons. Landscape Architecture at The University of Greenwich, London and then a Masters in City and Regional Planning specializing in Urban Design at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, New Jersey.

 

Having been involved with a wide range of exciting projects from small inner city courtyards to vast country estates, he has developed a trusted network of experienced professionals who are always on hand for both advice and involvement relating to all aspects of making exciting and innovative Design ideas a reality.

Working from his Studio, he prides himself on an attention to detail and ensuring that the highest standard of Design implementation is adhered to throughout all stages of the build process.

 

A strong commitment to sustainable practice is upheld with locally sourced native plants and materials being used on all projects where possible. Skills gained during his education will be utilized to full effect to do right by both the individual client in question and the communities that he prides himself in serving.
